Current Position:

The 2019-20 school year is my third year in the Alva School District.  We have worked with fantastic teachers, support staff, and cafeteria workers in a continuing effort to bring a world class education to our community’s children.  Alva is a great place to teach.   

Previous Position:

  • Drummond Public Schools - 1997-98 – Teaching duties:  high school social studies, Coaching duties: high school baseball, 5th & 6th boys basketball, 7th & 8th boys basketball,  and high school boys basketball.
  • Waynoka Public Schools:  1998 - 2002.  Teaching duties:  high school social studies, Coaching duties: head high school softball coach (1 year), 5th & 6th boys basketball, 7th & 8th boys basketball, head high school boys basketball coach (4 years), head baseball coach (2 years), and technology director.  
  • Buffalo Public Schools – 2002-2004 – Teaching duties: high school social studies.  Coaching duties:  5th & 6th boys basketball, 7th & 8th boys basketball, head high school boys basketball (2 years), head high school girls basketball (1 year), assitstant junior high football (1 year), assistant high school football (1 year), assistant high school baseball (1 year), and technology director.

In all of our stops we have worked with many wonderful people that have enriched our experience in education.  We love our roles in the Alva Public Schools and hope that we can bring these wide ranging experiences to help better the education of all Alva students.   

Family Information:

My wonderful wife, Kiley, is a music teacher at Lincoln and Longfellow Elementaries.  We have been married for sixteen years and been blessed with three sons, Jackson Joe (9th Grade), Hudson Grant (6th Grade), and Lincoln Ky Feely(5th Grade).
